“Protection of consumers’ rights” NGO /PCR/ organized trainings on protection of consumers’ rights in the sphere of public utilities and food safety during September 2008 in several communities of Armenia. Civil centers assisted to organize trainings in their centers.

Trainings took place in Yerevan city, Kapan, Meghri, Sisian cities of Syuniq region, Amasia, Pamzashen, Shirakavan and Byurakn cities of Shirak region and Yeghegnadzor city of Vayots Dzor region of Armenia.

 During these trainings, PCR expert presented to Armenian consumers what are the main rights and responsibilities that consumers and public utility supplier companies have towards each other. During the trainings PCR booklets, books and posters were distributed. PCR hot line, address and email also were presented and asked concerned consumers to contact for free consultations to PCR office.
