Our organization is a consumer NGO operating in Armenia since January 1997. For already ten years, PCR works in Armenia aiming at assuring safe consumer commodities in the country and redress of consumer right infringements.

BE PROACTIVE AND PROTECT YOUR RIGHTS

In August 13, 2010 at 12:00 was held press conference in “Duplex” press-club. PCR president Mr. A. Yeghoyan  met with 15 media representatives.

The main issue of the conference was to raise public awareness and to inform citizens about the activities implemented to improve consumers’ rights protection in the field of Electricity and Gas Supply.

“Protection of Consumers’ Rights” NGO (PCR) willing to ensure provision of quality goods and services that are safe for lives, health, property and environment of consumers in Armenia, started activities in the field of the food safety situation improvement in Armenian schools and kindergartens.

In order to ensure consumer health and implement  “More safe drugs for Armenian consumers” program which is promoted by “Civil Advocacy Support Program” PCR program PCR has developed and presented to Prime Minister amendments
